Ordering

Can I place my order over the phone?

You've got our digits, and we would love to help you order over the phone!

You can reach Hush Hotline at (412) 688-9446 Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

To speed up the process, please have the product name(s) of the piece(s) you want to purchase on hand when you call. We don't want there to be a delay before your new closet candy is ordered!

To check your order status, log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Don't worry, you can still check your order status online if you order over the phone or do not have an account. To must have your order number and billing zip code to check your order status if you do not have an account.

Please note that we are unable to take PayPal orders over the phone.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically

If you're shipping your order to Alabama, applicable sales tax will be added automatically.

I need to change something in my order. How can I do that?

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The fulfill-HushGirls are always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

Yaaaayyy! You placed an order! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@exotichush.com to your safe sender list.

Returns

At Exotic Hush, EHush, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 7 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once the delivery man drops off your return at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. A  ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!

Exchanges

We have a limited number of each swoon-worthy style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. We love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email as soon as possible! If the right size in the right style is available, you can use your new gift card to snatch it right up!

Policy

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that, we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

  • Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 7 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.
  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags, including any EH Boutique hangtags, attached.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once we initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

Shipping/Processing Times

For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within two business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers pick it up and it should be in your hands in 7 to 10 business days!

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Pick Up In-Store

We need 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!

Just like other online purchases, your order won't be charged until it's filled!
